Ok no one came again this Thursday... Until I get some responses here on what days people will actually show up for, practice is canceled indefinitely.
I want to do Belegarth in Calgary, but it's like pulling teeth getting anyone to show up.

Ouch. It is interesting to note that hardly anyone has been on the forum lately, wile as during the summer even those who were not coming were lurking. Has collage and University season started? Obviously Belegarth is not on the brain for most...

They have always been quiet. I hope they are taking the loss of their leader well. When I get back we need to set up an event and give good strong push on all fronts and realms to get things back up and running again.

I'll be at the Airdrie practice on Monday. My boss had me working six days a week this last month so Mondays I didn't feel like getting out much. But now I should be able to come at least for the 14th, 21st and 28th, after that I'm gone for a few months.

Oh sorry about this but the Monday practices are canceled. However, we only did so because we didn't have enough people. If we could get a guaranteed amount of people to come big enough to warrant a practice then I see no reason why it could not be started up again for awhile.

Id go to monday practice but it problably need more practice plus my parents might not like my being out till 8.

Okay so I just did some checking on Google Maps and I'm totally willing to drive to Prince's Island Park for a Calgary practice. It would have to be on a Sunday or Monday. I'm going to see if I can get a friend to commit to come in advance. I'll let you know when that happens.

I'm leaning towards a Sunday practice as a few people have hinted that a weekend practice would work better, and parking is only free on Sunday, not Saturday.
Of course all I'm getting is hints... no one in Calgary seems willing to commit to showing up.

I totally forgot about parking costs. Sunday sounds good to me then. Well what I'm thinking is that we could all meet up in Calgary. Maybe you guys from Airdrie could carpool with Mog. And I'll be able to come. Then with promised larger numbers maybe the Calgary people would show up. For me the drive is equal distance so this idea depends on if the Airdrie crew wants to go to Calgary. Google Maps tells me it's a little over 20 minutes from Airdrie to Princes Island Park. I am currently messaging anyone I know on Facebook who might be interested in coming out. We'll see what kind of response I get.

Carpool with mog!?! That would be highly impractical as mog lives in Calgary. If someone from Airdrie did want to come they would have to come by them selves.

Whoops I did not realize Mog lived in Calgary. Scratch that idea then. Anyway I'm getting some positive feedback from some friends who would like to come out. I'm still awaiting whether they could do it this Sunday or not and what time works best for them.

Ya, I go to as many Airdrie practices as I can because I really want to fight, but it's always out of the way, just worth it.
Would Sundays 2-4 work as a practice time?
Are you each thinking of this as a one time thing or every week? (hopes to get people who will show up every week....)
