Does anybody have any good ideas for a theme for any realm in Srathclyde?
EDIT: I mean a theme as far as garb is concerned.
Its a crazy idea but I would like to see a Martian realm. They would be Martians like Marvin the Martian. That would be so funny. Even if there isn't a realm like that eventually I still plan to someday make a Marvin the Martian helmet. You now, the kind were it looks like a Roman helmet but instead has a broom on the top of it.

Most realms don't have a theme, or not much of one anyway. Usually garb themes are left to Units.
However I would live to see our realms up here develop a distinctly Albertan look or feel.
Marvin the Martian? Wow. that would be different. Could actually have some potential though...

You described Stathclyde as being a Scottish kingdom. Do you think that we should incorporate at least a little Scottish feel to Strathclyde?

Oh OK, it looks like the historical records are kind of sketchy as what exactly the Strathclyde people were.

If I can remember my European History, its a little hazy, the late 6th Century was near the completion of the Saxon invasion of Britain, however, they did not get that far into Scotland. The Eire Celts and a number of Danes and Norse began colonizing parts of the coast, but for the most part I think the inhabitants were indigenous Celts and the last of their Pict cousins.
Anyways, in terms of Garb that would fit perfectly the chaotic, warlord theme of Strathclyde; your looking at late dark age to early viking age styles of the three great northern European people groups: Celtic, Germanic, and Scandinavian. I was planing on basing my garb and unit on these styles myself and then suggesting to moving into a more traditional "Medieval" style for the Strhathclyde proper faction one we have a large number of people.
