So far I have only bought the 90 since I thought it was stronger but when the store was out of 90 I had to buy 77 for our weapons building session. Well I found out really quickly that the 77 is WAY tackier than the 90. I don't know if this translates into a stronger weapon but it sure stuck well when we were using it. The 77 mists and the 90 kind of "silly-strings", maybe that has something to do with it. Is the 90 really stronger? Maybe I'll do a test with some scraps.

I am not sure, I believe it is, but not enough to be worth the extra cash. I have got it a few times, worked fine, but basically the same. As far as I can tell, the main difference is it has a longer list of things it sticks to. Most people use M77 though.
Edit: at least I didn't notice any correlation to it and weapon failure, I think I used it on shields though...

I've used both extensively. Both work, but your right they do spray out differently. The 77 sticks better initially, but the 90 holds better after it's set.
The biggest difference is in how it dries. 77 stretches and peels off if you pull at it. 90 hardens and will rip the foam if you pull at it, (a stronger hold so it doesn't fall apart as easily.)
For comparison contact cement seems to harden even more than the 90, yet peel off even easier than 77, (this is why I don't like it.) But maybe I'm using the contact cement wrong.
The only problem I've had with the 90 is if you accidentally spray a surface you don't want glue on it will harden and make your weapon hit harder.

That's what I was looking for, thanks.
