board.belegarth.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=35036
Eight weeks ago i put forth a proposal for the banner point system for Chaos Wars 14. We gave the entire Chaos Wars Community 6 weeks to offer suggestions and ideas, and you responded with flying colors. I have taken everyone's suggestions, along with other ideas that were given to me, and created the new system that will be used at Chaos Wars 14 for deciding who gets the banner this year.
