Hey! I would love to help cib!
The tournament part could be sweet. i would suggest, having more types of tournaments though, such as 1v1, 2v2, and maybe something like 4v4 or 5v5, but just for part of the day, i think we still need the realm battles and some big tpye games.
thats all i have right now
just tell me how you want me to help plan stuff.

accually If we had big games based off of groups of 2s that could be awsome. but if its just duels then we need more variaty i think.

I think a fall event would be a great idea and would love to help in any way i could. I could ask around and bring a few people that have been before to practaces and carpool to where ever. But the date is important what do you have planed? Are you thinking big hill springs again? Also if it's dry and my castle is safe to use (and big enough) i could bring that.

I agree, there is lots of potential I think for more tournament types as well as other bigger scenario type games. and what date/possible dates did you have in mind for this? No idea, anyone have any suggestions? When does the weather start to turn bad typically? Halloween is often the first really cold weekend I think. Are you thinking big hill springs again? ya, probably late september, early october...
-Weapons check light/troll
-Round robin tournament
-Objective/mission based wide games
-2 teams (rotating 2 man teams from side to side between battles)
-Unique tournaments
-Senario Battles
-End
Any recommendations on where to do this?

You should pick a different location. Maybe somewhere in Calgary this time? If you picked somewhere public then it could be a recruiting opportunity.

inside calgary could work, and in my opinion a good looking place makes a big diffrence (as in the scenery), but all depends where in calgary you had in mind.

if we are looking at some place inside calgary how would bowness park work? theres shelters (depending on the spot you get), washrooms, some trees for scenery.

Onoway will most likely come if we can get a few weeks notice. Probably about 5-6 people again, this time with shields and such. I'll help any way I can, I'd like to see this happen. Bi-annual Strathclyde events would be sweet.
