I suspect there will be a lot to discuss and talk about for this one. The event went fairly well with about 15-ish attendance. How did it go from your prospective? What worked, what didn't?

The schedule didn't happen at all the way it was supposed to, and in many way the event was not at all close to what I had planed. My head we just to there today, I didn't get waivers signed, I had a hard time focusing as marshal. Half of what we had planed did not happen at all. At 3 I was really worried that we would run out of planed stuff WAY early as I thought we were WAy, Way, WAY ahead of schedule, I think I must have been confused, as we were only half way through the schedule at 6.
I am really sorry about that guys.
