Ok, so at some point I will have a unit forum, but for now I continue here.
(note that not everyone one needs or has a back story, I just like to make up stories)
My character/persona's back story is: before joining strathclyde I was some how involved with a Warlords war band, and was of little consequence. When the warlord was assassinated however, I jumped before the assassins claimed control and won over most of the warlords gangs. Thus I was a Warload, I saw my self as better than the other warlords, I was fair, I protected my teritory and the people in it, I didn't extort the people (well... at least not as much as the other warlords). Warlords were all I ever know, and what I was doing was not only desperately needed but good for everyone. Righteous in my own eyes, as the Bible put it.
After a short time as a warlord, and some unknown confrontation, having the option to give up my control, I refused, after a despreat struggle, most of my men killed. I think it was due to treachery one of my gang leaders and to an uprising of the people to join Strathclyde.
At that point, I found Strathclyde, realized my mistakes, and joined, working through my failures and becoming a soldier defending against the warlords like I once was.
A story of redemption, for those who don't deserve it.
However, I was thinking about it, and I think I might jump in to that story, just as I become a warlord. To do that I would be starting a unit. A unit, whose theme is bad guys basically. (somebody has to play the bad guy)
Any interest in that?
