Stuff that would really help? Get the media to take an interest in us. If we can get a story in a newspaper or better yet on the tv news it would draw a lot of attention.
We also might want to put up posters around the UofC, SAIT, or Mount Royal. I think that kind of location is our most likely to get a response.

If we could publicly put on a battle that also might help promote an event like this. I'm not sure what kind of public venue we could use.
The idea is we'd be a pre-show to something a lot of people would watch. To do this we would all need to be in good gear and be able to put on a good performance.

I agree with Mog. A demonstration in a public place would be good. If we do it though, there should also be a place where people can try it out for themselves. Of all the videos on Youtube that I have watched on Belegarth I found that it would be very hard for someone to fully appreciate them unless they gave it a whirl themselves. This is because you can't really tell where the shots are going because they are to fast. Furthermore, because the shots are so fast it is very hard to tell when someone actually dies unless they are purposely made to be epic. A person who watches and then tries will have a much better understanding of what they just saw.

I am working with the City od Airdrie Centennial Comity to get us a demo (and possibly more) at the Airdrie Centennial Celebration around September 12th this year.
I will try and get everyone some posters to put up places. I think Ruscfast UofC or SAIT.
Ok, lets go with Battle of Strathclyde for the name.

Good question! The answer is... Not nearly enough. We need to find some people! EVERYONE needs to bring a friend! So, if you have some one to add to the list of attending, post so so I can update the list!
Absolutely attending. Total: 5 Cib Darr Draggoas Moginheden Zyke
Likely attenders. Total: 3 Ruscfast, Thomas, Lee + others
Maybe attenders. Total: 5 Dave Guy, Matt, Alex, Mike, Ryley + others
