Just trying to use the time for as much fighting as is absolutely posable.

Stetting up the games will take the same amount of time no matter where we put it. I think that after the water brake and the dueling tournament starts there is a window of time to set up stuff then as well being that not all of us will be fighting at once.

Darr's Labyrinth is a bit complex for a first game. I'd do kill the killer first.

Exactly, it to complex especially to throw at the beginner right of the bat. In my opinion it should be the last game before the water brake or perhaps the first game after.

put a time limit on it and it will work, or use a game like elite

I like kill the killer as a starter game because it makes people watch how others fight. Gives people who are new to the sport a way to watch a game without feeling like they are being excluded for being new.

Kill the Killer allows you to ease in, it is not as intense as some other games, and you can for the most part set you own pace.
Want to fight lots of people wile running around? Go for it! Want to only fight the occasional person? Stand of the t the side and pick your battles.

EDIT: By the way, what's with the coin in the shot?

Size comparison. It is really the only thing in the shot that gives any clue as to the scale of the things.

Just a reminder for everyone to make sure all their gear is in functional concision. Weapons are now my biggest worry. I just put one weapon in the salvage pile (the med blue I am always fixing), so I am down 2 normal ones (sword & ax), which makes things look awfully empty.
I made one more loaner tabard, I think we are fit and set to go on that front.

I just finished repairing my red. I hope it will pass well enough for me to bring it to the event.

I've repaired my daggers they hopefully will hold together... but the foam I used for them really hates glue...
